Should you have an interstate shipment, and don't have the time, or the equipment to pack your shipment. We can offer this service at additional cost.

Optional Extras

Our Direct Signature service requires our courier to obtain a signature from the receiver directly. The receiver must provide some photo identification prior to handover.

If the receiver is not home, a re-delivery will take place on the next day.

Additional Cost $7.50

If you’re not home, and your shipment has Authority to Leave, you will have your package delivered as per your instruction.

If no instruction has been provided, we will leave your parcel in a safe place.

Are you sending a product from a third party supplier and don't want any labelling / invoicing attached? This incognito delivery option is perfect for those circumstances.

Additional Cost $7.50

Should you have an interstate shipment, and don't have the time, or the equipment to pack your shipment. We can offer an all inclusive Pickup - Pack - Delivery, door to door. This service at additional cost.
